"I really recommend "Moving Through Nature" day with Lindsay. Spending time in a beautiful forest with the sun beaming down and soaking up the atmosphere. We don't give ourselves enough time to relax in day to day life.  

The breathing techniques were really helpful as I realised how much I hold my breath with tension I found that my breathing changed and this was so calming as was Lindsay's soothing voice.  Looking forward to another "Moving Through Nature" experience soon"
